The best way to improve your indexing is to carefully read the Field Helps, Project Information and Updates. The information in them gives you project-specific guidelines and suggestions. In addition, the below resources can help answer your questions:

If you are a member of a local group, you should see your group administrator's name and contact information listed. Please contact him or her with any questions you have.
Note: For members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the group administrator is the Stake Indexing Director. Community volunteers who are not members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints can request to be added to a local Stake Indexing Director's group. For indexers working on special projects with local groups and societies, the group administrator is set up by the society.

Monday - Thursday from 6:00 A.M to 1:00 A.M. (the next morning)
